Some of my favorite memories in design are when, as an inclusive designer, I'd point out potential issues with something. It was never an "OK, thanks, I'll take it under consideration" kind of thing. It was always a "OK, how can we make this better and more inclusive?" kind of thing. He is never shy about new ideas on the fly, skillfully balancing accessibility, content and stakeholder needs in an elegant way. And always, without any ego.
